Hiring Rates

Group Bookings
Minimum 8 weeks
Morning Session 8.30am – 1.30pm £10 per session
Afternoon “ 2.00pm - 6.00pm £10 “ “
Evening “ 6.30pm – 10.30pm £15 “ “
NB Prepayment required for each 4 week period to enjoy the above rates
Meetings (One offs)
Any session (or part session) £15
Small Birthday Parties/ Christening/ Wakes etc
£40 hire charge
Deposit £40, Optional Cleaning £30 which will get deducted from deposit if hall is not left in the condition that it was handed over.
Large Parties/ 18 / 21/ Weddings etc
Villagers £100
Non-Villagers £150
Deposit £100, Optional Cleaning £30 which will get deducted from deposit if hall is not left in the condition that it was handed over.
Tables & Chairs
Tables £2 each,
Plastic Chairs £2 per 10, Padded Chairs £5 per 10 (internal use only)
All Hiring Charges are payable in full on booking
Please note that all Hirers will be required to sign our Hiring Agreement which agrees to abide by our Health & Safety policy, Risk Analysis and other statutory obligations. Any users not supervising the premises correctly and maintaining the hall in a clean and safe manner may have their use of the premises terminated.
